If, for any reason, you would like to return an item purchased online from ReaperShop.com, we will unconditionally take back unused/unopened/un-redeemed game or merchandise within 10 days from the date of delivery. The item should be returned as received, with the original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories. You will receive a complete refund for the returned item. The final decision to accept will be on us for various reason.

If you receive a product that is different from what you had actually ordered at ReaperShop.com, we will replace the product or give you a complete refund. We will also refund the return shipping costs that you incur in sending the product back to us.
A PC SOFTWARE/GAME THAT I ORDERED DOES NOT WORK ON MY PC. CAN I RETURN IT?
PC software and games that do not work on your computer due to heavy system requirements can not be accepted for return. Please make sure to read the minimum system requirements for PC software and games before placing your order. You can also download the demo versions of PC games from the vendor’s web site before you buy the complete game to make sure that the game would run on your PC.
